5 de Pinesque is a dry, round and robust wine with a pleasant astringency of ripe tannins and a delicate bitterness.

Fine notes of red fruits, toasted wood, dark chocolate, black pepper, spices and eucalyptus.

Pairing: Perfect for red meat and game, mature cheeses, goat cheese, sausages and dishes such as entomatadas, pasta with Bolognese sauce and lasagna.
